We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £150.

Free Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery within the UK and free express/tracked international shipping.

There is a small shipping charge on orders under £150. £5 to UK and £10 international.

We only post the fastest, most secure tracked service. Ensuring your item arrives swiftly and worry free!

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.

We offer a ring resizing service at a cost of £40.

Please get in contact with us first to check we can alter to your required size.

Once confirmed simply add the resizing item to your cart along with the ring of your choice.

Resizing typically takes 7 days.

If you don't know your size, the best way to get it, is to go to any jewellers or pawnbrokers and they will help you for free!

Found something you love, but need a few months to pay it off?

We offer an interest free layaway service, allowing you to put down a 10-25% deposit and pay off the remainder over a period of up to 6 months.

Please note: In the event of cancelling a layaway, the deposit is nonrefundable. Any remainder paid will be returned back to you.

Once fully paid, we will dispatch the item to you.

Items on payment plan for more than 6 weeks are not eligible for returns.

We offer 14 days returns on all items.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with one of our items, please let us know asap and if we cant resolve it, you can return to us for a full refund.

Please return your item via Royal Mail guaranteed special delivery to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

For international returns, please ensure you send via a tracked and insured service and ensure you mark the parcel with 'UK RETURNED GOODS' to ensure there are no further custom charges.

Any import fees incurred by
Vintage Of London Thames due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customer's refund

All items must be returned in
the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a
refund. 

Once a ring has been resized or
altered it is no longer eligible for return. This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf.

Items purchased via payment
plans are not eligible for return. 

Customers are responsible for
the cost of return shipping.
